Documents Required
To avoid delays when lodging the visa application should include
the following:
- Completed and signed visa application form
- Correct visa application
and visa fee
- A valid passport containing sufficient blank pages on both sides
- Photocopy of the passport
- Photocopy of the data page of the passport (passport page with
photo / extension of validity / endorsement if applicable)
- Previous passport (if any)
- Two recent photographs (Size 1" or
2")
- Supporting documents
